At Seicho Facilitation, we’re on a mission to transform how teams collaborate, create, and solve problems. Founded by Russ, a former C-suite executive turned master facilitator, Seicho was born out of frustration with unproductive meetings and workshops that seemed to go nowhere. Russ saw firsthand how much potential teams have—and how easily that potential can be stifled by mundane, unstructured sessions that muffle creativity and progress.  

 

Russ knew there had to be a better way. With years of experience in leadership and collaboration, he built Seicho Facilitation around one core belief: Teamwork works wonders when done right.
